I may have edited while you were replying... Cartographer is dead it seems and UOAM is so old and buggy it's hard to imagine relying on it. But I have found a UOAM in case the UM (ultima Mapper)...

Ultima Mapper has been approved by UOPro and keeps the program up to date. So unless we are running the current client, uoam seems to be the beast of burden
